Jewel Studded Chamber

You grit your teeth and decide the only way past this horrid craeture is through it!

It watches as you charge towards it (unarmed, I might add). Its reactions are sluggish! You'd have to be asleep at the wheel to let this thing touch you. It must be cold, or something. That's how reptiles work, right?

You bolt past it and into the tunnel beyond. You end up in an unbelievable place, a room with sparkling gemstones and crystals lining the walls! Your lantern light plays off the glittering walls as you move towards the center of the room. There you see it - a treasure chest! A perfect, satisfying narrative device to give this whole quest meaning!
